Kelly Doran, ’82 MBA and founder of the Doran Companies, has said many times that education has fueled his business success. He so treasures his educational experiences that he has a tradition of making a contribution to an academic institution at the close of each of his development projects.
This year, he has chosen to give back to his alma mater, the Carlson School. He will match each new alumni gift to the Annual Fund, up to a total of $100,000. “As a graduate, I am grateful for what the school has done for me. I hope you join with me in supporting this very special institution,” Doran says.
You can submit your gift electronically by visiting carlsonschool.umn.edu/giving/challenge. Each new gift to the Annual Fund through June 30, 2011 will be matched dollar for dollar up to $100,000.
If you are already an Annual Fund supporter, thank you! We hope you will renew your gift this year. If you have not yet provided a gift, we hope you will take up Kelly’s challenge and show your support and appreciation of the Carlson School.
